It's been a while since I've updated....nothing much has changed. We will drive 2 hours away next Tuesday to get our 3rd and final set of fingerprints. This set is for the Department of Immigration, or whatever it is being called now. We are still waiting for State of Illinois clearances to come through, which our Social Worker said could take another month or two. We are still soul-searching about timing for the adoption, but looks like we have at least another month or two before we could be getting close enough to worry about a referral coming...so we will ponder a little while longer.
